About the course conductor:
Like many other Indians, Radhika was introduced to cooking at a young age, observing and helping her mother out in the kitchen. As she is equipped with those skills from a young age, she is very particular about handmaking Indian sweets at home.
At home, she can control the ingredient proportions and pick quality ingredients. Different proportions of jaggery (raw sugar), ghee and milk result in different textures and flavours so making them at home allows her to tailor the sweets to her loved ones’ preferences! When she puts in all this love and care into her sweets and see the smiles on the faces of friends and family, that sense of satisfaction is the sweetest thing to her.
