A collaboration with Narpani Pearavai & Singarangoli by Mrs Vijaya Mohan\, supported by Indian Heritage Centre\, Community on Colours is an installation made by 100\,000 handmade colourful paper flowers contributed by multi-racial organizations in Singapore.
