Learn how to tie flowers using the time-honoured knotting techniques that make each garland unique. Guided by skilled instructors\, you’ll explore the steps involved in selecting the right flowers and carefully threading them together to create a fragrant\, beautiful garland to take home. \n  \nLocation: Tampines Regional Library\, Programme Zone\, Level 6 \n  \nWhat to Bring: All materials provided. \n  \nMeet Your Instructor:\nMr. R. Jayaselvam is a master garland-maker with over 40 years of experience in the craft. Originally a machinist\, he found his true calling in garland-making and has since dedicated himself to preserving this intricate art form. Throughout his career\, Mr. Selvam has crafted floral garlands for Olympic gold medallists\, former Prime Ministers\, and numerous cultural and ceremonial events. Known for his remarkable speed and precision\, he can tie a garland in just three minutes! \n  \nImportant Information:\n1. By attending the workshop\, participants are responsible for any injury\, loss\, or damage caused by their actions or those of their children under their care.\n2. The workshop will begin promptly at the scheduled time.\n3. Photos may be taken during the workshop for marketing and publicity purposes.\n4. Please present your ticket (electronic or printed) to join the workshop.\n5. If you’re unable to find the venue by the start time\, please keep your phone handy so we can contact you with further instructions.\n6. If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances\, participants will be notified via Peatix (at least 24 hours before) and SMS (at least 2 hours before the workshop).\n7. Registration: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session to complete the registration.\n8. Ticket Admission: One ticket admits one adult and one child.\n9.
