Jayaselvam is a master garland-maker with over 40 years of experience in the craft. Originally a machinist\, he found his true calling in garland-making and has since dedicated himself to preserving this intricate art form. Throughout his career\, Mr. Selvam has crafted floral garlands for Olympic gold medallists\, former Prime Ministers\, and numerous cultural and ceremonial events. Known for his remarkable speed and precision\, he can tie a garland in just three minutes! \n  \nImportant Information:\n1.
