Our key business is the Integrated Workforce (IWF) Project with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) at Signal Institute (SI). We have 11 full time trainers undertaking the outsourced ‘systems training’ and ‘assessment’ of both National Service Full Time (NSF) and operationally ready National Servicemen (ORNSmen). The wide ranging age groups (19 to 40) of our trainees, and their diverse educational backgrounds ensures that our trainers will adopt different teaching strategies for different learners.
Beside this key focus, we also undertake and employ our trainers in a myriad of personnel training / workshops including:
