This programme is fully subsidised for eligible participants with a family PCI of $1,600 and below
PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
Open to all Indian families with children aged 3 to 12 and youth aged 13 to 19, who are Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents.
