21st century Skills for Children
The library has dedicated collections and spaces for children of all ages, where they will be able to broaden their learning about the world and develop 21st century skills. For instance, the World and Us Zone feature reading materials from around the world – including books donated by foreign embassies – on themes such as geography, culture, and migration.

Attend a Parent-Child Engagement Session on Saturday, 23 September 2023 at the Library (Stories Come Alive Room – Level 1) at any of the following timeslots listed below and receive Hello Toddler Gift Hamper from us! The hamper contains specially selected books for toddlers aged 2 to 4, worth a total of up to $100. The books in this hamper will encourage parents to read books to their children to stimulate their imagination and expand their understanding of the world. It also helps them develop language and listening skills and prepares them to understand the written word.

Fees: Fully subsidised for eligible participants with a family PCI of $1000 and below.
Eligibility: Open to all Indian fathers and children aged 2 to 4, who are Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents.
