Festive North Indian Cooking Demo with Masterchef Inderpal Singh

In this cooking demo, winner of MasterChef SG Season 4, Masterchef Inderpal Singh, will be here at IHC to showcase Deepavali specials in his style! Watch a masterchef at work as he prepares an Kadhai Chicken and Paneer Jalfrezi, and have the exclusive chance to taste these dishes paired with northern biryani. End of the demo with Shahi Tukda, a rich, royal and popular dessert from the Mughlai Cuisine. Bread slices fried in ghee, soaked in rose and cardamom scented sugar syrup and topped with fragrant, creamy, sweetened, thickened milk flavoured with saffron.
