Maargathi- Path to Divinity
Margathi means a dancer's comprehensive journey towards the ultimate goal of seeking divinity - the cosmic symphony that weaves existence. Hence the event showcases the talent and growth of the disciples of Medasvi School of Dance through 2 Indian Classical Dance genres: namely Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam. We are presenting a Margam of each dance form. Margam essentially means repertoire. The repertoire represents the progression of the dance and the dancer as they harness their inner energies which transform into visual aesthetics in the form of Dance.
