We are looking for a meticulous and diligent team player to join us as an Administrative Assistant either in our Operations Department or Maintenance Department for the following:
Maintenance Department
- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.
- Engage with the clients during the activities.
- Pack and distribute food ration packages.
- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services
Operations Department
- Receiving and collecting of all procurement delivery
- Organising and filing of all Purchase Request Form (PRF) in a neat fashion.
- Maintain the fixed assets labelling for new and old equipment purchases; discarded items are to be recorded
- Any ad-hoc duties
Applicant holding Diploma or Degree in will be preferred
Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary Range: $2,300 – $2,800
